If your budget is locked at $300, Samsung’s 27-inch 1440p model costs exactly that much thanks to a recent $50 discount at Amazon. Finding a good QD-OLED monitor under $500 these days is pretty easy, but under $300 is pretty rare. It has a thin design, variable refresh rate support, and the same fast .03-millisecond response time we expect from these panels. It has a DisplayPort port plus HDMI 2.0 and a headphone jack (most competing monitors have two HDMI ports).
